DRAWING ENTRY RULES
To enter the Smart Savings Give-A-Way, FIND THE SINGLE YELLOW HAMMER placed randomly throughout this SMART HOME IDEAS MAGAZINE. Then, on a sheet of paper no bigger than 8 1/2” x 11”, write the complete name and telephone number of the advertiser that appears with the YELLOW HAMMER. You must include your name, address, email address and telephone number to enter. Mail your entry to: Smart Savings, Inc., 21550 Oxnard Street, Suite 300 Woodland Hills, CA 91367. One entry per person per issue. Only one entry per envelope, or go online and enter at www.smartsavingsusa.com. The winning entries will be drawn randomly. Winners will be notified by telephone, mail or email. Drawing will take place in Woodland Hills, CA. All decisions of the judge(s) are final. There will be 10 winners total: 6 winners will each receive a $50 Tony Roma’s Gift Certificate good at the Encino, CA location and Four winners will each receive a $50 IHOP gift certificate for the Encino, CA location. Smart Savings, Inc. will decide which prize is awarded to each winner. Odds of being selected depend on the number of entries. Entries must be postmarked no later than 4/13/2012. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Contest is void where prohibited and subject to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners will be chosen from a combination of all Smart Savings publications. All winners are chosen, and prizes are awarded exclusively by Smart Savings, Inc. Employees, associates, customers of Smart Savings, Inc., as well as their relatives, are ineligible for entry to the contest. Winners may be required to consent to use of their names and city of residence for publicity purposes without further compensation.
